I studied massage at The Charlottesville School of Massage.
I learned Swedish, Deep Tissue, Foot Reflexology, Rain Drop Therapy, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral, Pregnancy (not 1st trimester) and Trigger Point Therapy. I am also a level II Reiki healer and have taken the Level I Pranic Healing course.
I offer my clients a beneficial massage in the privacy of their home/hotel/office. I am skilled and include many of the modalities that I have learned and incorporate them into my clients sessions. I am intuitive and have an excellent understanding of the muscle 
groups and how they interact together.
